Sign in to Websites Using JEM - Macs & Windows PCs

The video above demonstrates signing in to a demo FastMail user account at www.fastmail.com using Chrome. The process of signing in to any other website using a different supported browser should be similar. Please contact us if you need help.

Supported browsers include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari (macOS only). While not officially supported, we have tested JEMPass on additional Chromium browsers, including Vivaldi and Brave. Your mileage may vary.

What about Firefox?

Support for Mozilla Firefox is currently in internal beta, and will be released as a "directly distributed" public beta to interested and qualified customers. Direct distribution means that the JEMPass Extension will be made available for download on the jempass.com site, and not on the addons.mozilla.org ("AMO") app store.
