JEM stays pulsing blue
JEM flashes/pulses blue when it is attempting to connect to your JEMPass app over Bluetooth. When the connection is successfully established, JEM will flash purple briefly.
When a JEM stays flashing blue for an extended period (more than 2s), it indicates one of the following:
Cause 1 - The JEMPass app is not running on your PC or Mac.
Verify: To check whether the JEMPass app is running: On a Windows PC, look in system tray at the bottom right of your screen. If you do not see a JEM icon there, JEMPass is not running. On a Mac, you will see a JEMPass icon in the menu bar if/when the JEMPass app is running.
Resolve: If the JEMPass app is not running, please locate it and start the app, and try to use your JEM again.If this action does not resolve your issue, please continue with the next step.
Cause 2 - Bluetooth is disabled or turned off.
Resolve: Please check your system settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. If Bluetooth is already enabled, please disable it and enable it again. Try to use your JEM again. If this action does not resolve your issue, please continue with the next step.
Cause 3 - There is a problem with the JEMPass app running on your computer or device.
Resolve: Quit and restart the JEMPass app (if it is running) and try to use your JEM again.
