# JEM AirKey Unique Identifier (aka JEM-ID)

The JEM AirKey unique identifier looks like this:

Please note that the identifier is case sensitieve, so a is different from A. 

You can find the unique identifier in one of these locations: 

* On a sticker on the reverse side of the blue Welcome Card that came with your JEM AirKey device
* On the outer packaging of your JEM AirKey device
