Create JEMPass Account

1 - Launch the JEMPass app you installed in the previous step

When you first launch the JEMPass app, you may be prompted to give JEMPass to run. You may also be prompted to allow JEMPass to access Bluetooth devices.

In the JEMPass app window, click the blue New to JEMPass? Sign Up link. See screenshot below.

2 - When prompted, enter your email ID. This email will be your JEMPass Account ID. See screenshot below.

3 - Find the verification email we sent and click the email verification link embedded in it.

The name of sender of the verification email will be JEM (NoReply). The email address of the sender will be [e-mail]. The subject of the verification email will state, "Welcome to JEM. Please confirm your email address…"

4 - A new tab will open in your default browser with a Sign Up form - please fill it in. Be sure to enter the JEM-ID accurately! See screenshot below.

Be sure to enter the JEM-ID accurately! Use the spelling equivalents printed in smaller letters below the JEM-ID to as an aid. Entering the incorrect JEM-ID is a common mistake!

5 - Click the blue Submit and Continue button.

Once you click Submit and Continue, you can close the JEMPass app window, but do not quit the app. This app connects your JEM to your computer and must be running whenever you want to use your JEM.
