Get JEMPass App for Your Device
JEMPass apps are available for Windows 10, macOS, Android and iPhone and iPad. Use the links below to download and install JEMPass apps for your mobile devices and computers, as well extensions for your browsers.
Currently, you must use JEMPass for Mac or Windows during initial setup. We expect to allow setup using iOS and Android apps soon.
JEMPass app for Windows 10 PC
1- Click the link below to load jempass.com/start in your browser (or navigate manually to jempass.com/start using the computer on which you are trying to install JEMPass app).
2 - Click the Download button.
After download completes, locate and open the downloaded file. Follow on screen instructions to complete the installation. See demonstration below.
On Windows computers, the download consists of a zip archive. Locate the downloaded zip archive and extract it to a known location, e.g., your Desktop. Open the extracted folder/directory, double click the Setup.exe icon and follow instructions.
Depending on your computer settings, Windows Defender may warn you about the JEMPass app and require you to alter or override Security settings and allow installation of the JEMPass app.
JEMPass app for Mac

2 - Install JEMPass for maCOS
After download completes, locate and open the downloaded file. Follow on screen instructions to complete the installation. See demonstration below.
Double click the downloaded file. In the window that opens, drag the JEMPass app icon into the Applications folder icon.
Depending on your computer settings, macOS Gatekeeper may warn you about the JEMPass app and require you to alter or override Security settings and allow installation of the the JEMPass app.
JEMPass app for Android
1 - If you are viewing this documentation on your Android device, click the button below. You can also open Google Play Store on your device and search for the JEMPass app.
If you are viewing this on your computer, point your Android device camera at the QR code below and tap QR code icon that appears below the QR code image. Then tap the URL link to open jempass.com/start in your browser.
2- Install the app. Tap the Install button and follow on screen prompts.
3- Enable JEMPass to autofill passwords on your Android device.
Open Settings -> System -> Languages & input -> Advanced -> Tools -> Autofill service
Tap the JEMPass item in the Autofill service list
Tap the selection button next to the JEMPass entry
Return to Home screen
JEMPass app for iPhone and iPad
1 - If you are viewing this information on your iPhone or iPad, click the button below. You can also open App Store on your device and search for the JEMPass app.
If you are viewing this on your computer, point your iPhone or iPad camera at the QR code below and tap the "Open jempass.com in Safari" notification.
2- Tap the Download on the App Store button.
3- Enable JEMPass to autofill passwords on your iPhone or iPad
Open Settings -> Passwords -> Autofill Passwords
Ensure the Autofill Passwords slider switch is set to the ON (right side) position
Tap JEMPass - make sure a check mark appears next to the JEMPass entry
4 - Disable TouchID/FaceID for Password Autofill
Open Settings -> TouchID & Passcode
Move the slider switch next to the Password Autofill entry to the OFF (left) position
